The Online Customer Self-Care module provides a secure Internet based customer self-care environment.  Customers view their billing information in the same format as the printed bill they currently receive.

Customers are able to:

  • Review current and previous bills
  • Pay bills via credit card or e-check
  • Enroll in ongoing bank or credit card draft
  • E-mail questions and billing issues to Customer Service
  • Select specific line items from the online bill image to email to Customer Service for question or problem resolution
  • Discontinue paper billing and receive all bills electronically
  • Add or remove features and services on existing accounts

The Online Billing Platform enables your company to:

  • Track usage trends
  • Provide reporting on about online payment traffic
  • Restore services disconnected for non-pay once payment is received
  • Provide customers with copies of prior billing statements
  • Provide customers with downloadable call record data
